Man And Woman Flee Arson Attack
A man and a woman have been forced to flee their house after it was set alight in an arson attack.
The incident happened at a residence in Cookstown, County Tyrone.
The house at Killymoon Crescent was set alight at about 04:30 in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The man and woman were not injured, but the building was badly damaged.
Police have appealed for information.

A man aged in 90s was left in need of treatment for smoke inhalation after two arson attacks in Downpatrick. Police are probing a link between two deliberate ignitions in the Killough Walk and Vianstown Heights area of the town, less than a mile from each other, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

Man arrested after woman dies in collision
A 61-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal road accident in County Down. A woman, believed to be in her 50s, was hit by a vehicle on the Comber Road in Newtownards at about 9.45pm last night. The victim’s name has not yet been released.

A woman has been arrested following the sudden death of a man in Magherafelt. A 46-year-old man died in L'Derry in the early hours of Tuesday, 05 December. Police are treating the death as suspicious. A 32-year-old woman has been arrested and is assisting police with their enquiries.
