Pair Arrested Over Terrorist Activity

Police investigating terrorist activity and criminality have arrested two men.

The men, aged 26 and 32, were detained in south Belfast on Wednesday morning and take to Antrim police station for questioning.

The arrests follow an operation by the PSNI's Organised Crime Branch.

A man who was arrested in L'Derry by police investigating violent dissident terrorist criminality has been released. The 20-year-old was arrested on Tuesday. He was taken to Antrim police station for questioning. The man was released unconditionally on Tuesday evening.

Three Men Arrested Over Dissident Terrorist Activity
Three men have been arrested in Lurgan over dissident terrorist activity. The men are aged 47, 42 and 41. Police are conducting searches on three houses in the area and a number of items have been taken for forensic examination.

Two Men Arrested By Police Investigating Criminal Activity
Two men have been arrested, aged 35 and 44, have been arrested by police investigating criminal activity linked to a feud between loyalist groups in north Down. A property has also been searched in the Weavers Grange area of Newtownards.
