Viable Pipe Bombs Found In L'Derry Made Safe
Three viable pipe bombs discovered in Drumahoe, L'Derry, have been made safe.
The devices were found by a member of the public on Wednesday morning.
Army bomb experts attended the scene at approximately 10.30am.
Police said the devices had the potential to kill or maim.
A number of roads closed during the security alert have been re-opened.
Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

PSNI Confirms Flag Violence Arrests
The PSNI has confirmed a total of eight arrests were made as a result of disorder over the Belfast City Hall union flag issue. Three police officers were injured when missiles ranging from petrol bombs, paint bombs, fireworks and heavy masonry were thrown by loyalist protesters. PSNI vehicles were attacked with hatchets and sledge hammers.

Shot Fired At Police In Lurgan
A gunshot was fired and over 100 petrol bombs thrown at police cordons in Lurgan, Co Armagh. The incident occurred in the Lake Street area on Sunday night. A total of 25 paint bombs, bricks and other masonry were also thrown by a large crowd who gathered at around 9pm and remained until the early hours of the morning.

Pipe Bombs, Gunpowder And Cocaine Seized In Drogheda
Pipe bombs, gunpowder, cocaine, a large quantity of ammunition and suspected Alprazolam tablets have been seized in Co Louth. Garda discovered the haul during the search of a property in Drogheda at around 11pm on Thursday, 23 April. A number of homes in the area had to be evacuated during the search.

Pipe bombs made safe at schools
Army bomb disposal experts have made safe pipe bombs found at two schools in Co Londonderry this morning. The devices where found by staff at St Mary's High School, Limavady and St Patrick's College, Dungiven shortly after 8am on Monday morning. Both schools were subsequently evacuated but both devices were eventually made safe.

Four Suspected Pipe Bombs Recovered In Creggan Operation
Four suspected pipe bombs have been recovered by police from inside the City Cemetery in Creggan, L'Derry, following a public safety operation on Tuesday 11th April. The operation was implemented following the discovery of a suspected pipe bomb in the cemetery just after 6.30am yesterday morning.
