Pipe bombs made safe at schools
Army bomb disposal experts have made safe pipe bombs found at two schools in Co Londonderry this morning.
The devices where found by staff at St Mary's High School, Limavady and St Patrick's College, Dungiven shortly after 8am on Monday morning.
Both schools were subsequently evacuated but both devices were eventually made safe.
Loyalists are being blamed for the devices which it is understood contained explosives but no detonators.

Viable Pipe Bombs Found In L'Derry Made Safe
Three viable pipe bombs discovered in Drumahoe, L'Derry, have been made safe. The devices were found by a member of the public on Wednesday morning. Army bomb experts attended the scene at approximately 10.30am. Police said the devices had the potential to kill or maim. A number of roads closed during the security alert have been re-opened.
