Pedestrian Hit By Car In Co Down
A pedestrian has been seriously injured after being hit by a car in Newtownards, Co Down.
The incident happened at around 8am on the Belfast Road.
The man, aged in his 30s, is in a serious condition at Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
The road has been reopened.
No further details have been released.

A number of roads remain closed across Northern Ireland following the damage caused by Storm Ali. The following roads are still closed, however the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is working to clear the obstructions along with its multiagency partners.

Boy Critical Following Crash In Enniskillen
An 11-year-old boy is in a critical condition in hospital following a collision between a car and a van in Enniskillen. Two men were also seriously injured in the incident which happened on the Lough Shore Road on Wednesday afternoon. The driver of the car, 23, and the 47-year-old van driver are being treated in hospital.

Teenager Seriously Injured In Attack
A teenager is in a serious condition in hospital after being attacked in the north Belfast area on Saturday. The 16-year-old suffered head injuries during the assault which occurred on the Antrim Road at around 8pm. A 43-year-old man has been arrested. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.
