Man Dies In House Fire In Co Fermanagh
A man has died in a house fire in Co Fermanagh.
Emergency services were called to the Drumgay Close area in Enniskilllen shortly before 8.30am on Thursday.
The fire was in the bedroom of the property, however it is not known how it started.
A spokesperson from the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service said: "Two fire appliances from Enniskillen Fire Station, one fire appliance from Irvinestown Fire Station and one fire appliance from Lisnaskea Fire Station were deployed to the scene.
"Firefighters dealt with a fire in a bedroom of the house using breathing apparatus and thermal imaging cameras. Tragically, one man was found deceased in the property."
No further details have been released.

Man Charged After Glenarm Shooting
Detectives investigating the incident on Feystown Road on Monday, 25 November, have charged a 41-year-old man with attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, and criminal damage. The accused is due to appear at Ballymena Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, 28 November.

An illuminated scroll is to be presented to Chief Fire Officer John McClelland on Tuesday, by assembly speaker Lord Alderdice in tribute to the sacrifice made by fire fighters over the years.

The Home Fire Safety Check coincides with Fire Safety Week, which runs from September 30th to October 6th. The initiative aims to reduce the number of house fires in Northern Ireland.
