Trade Mission To Czech Republic Announced
Invest NI has announced a new Trade Mission to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary in October this year.
Businesses are invited to join the mission and take advantage of the business opportunities within the region.
The main mission centre is based in the Czech Republic with the option to travel to either Slovakia or Hungary. It is open to companies wishing to develop their exports to the region.
This mission will be multi-sectoral and open to companies wishing to develop their exports to this region.
The Czech Republic is one of the most stable and prosperous markets in central Europe. The private sector accounts for about 80% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Gross domestic income per capita is currently around USD 27,191 - one of the highest in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Slovakia is one of nine Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets. It has enormous growth potential with its stable economic and political environment. It has a strategic geographical position within Europe, with a highly skilled and flexible labour workforce.
Hungary is situated in the heart of the Carpathian basin. It has a strategic location within Europe, an open economy, good infrastructure and communications and a highly skilled labour workforce.
