Police Appeal Following Armed Robbery In Co Tyrone

Police are appealing for information following an armed robbery in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.

The incident happened at premises in the Carland Road area at around 10.20pm on Friday, 05 August.

A man, armed with a knife, threatened a female member of staff before jumping over the counter and stealing a sum of cash from the till.

He made off on foot in the direction of Cookstown.

The suspect has been described as around 5ft 7inches tall and slim. He was wearing a red makeshift balaclava, a dark coloured beanie hat, a dark waterproof jacket, dark track bottoms and woollen gloves.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following an armed robbery at a service station in Keady last night, Tuesday 11 October. Shortly before 7.30pm two men wearing balaclavas and armed with a handgun and wheelbrace entered the store on Castleblayney Road. Police have launched an investigation following a suspected armed robbery at a fast food restaurant in Co Antrim. The incident happened at Subway in the Kingsway area in Dunmurry on Sunday. The man, who told workers that he had a knife in his pocket, threatened staff and stole a sum of money from a till.

Man Armed With Hurley Bat Robs Bar In Dunmurry
Police are appealing for information following an armed robbery at a bar in the Dunmurry area in the early hours of Monday morning. The incident occurred at premises on the Glenburn Road at approximately 12.30am. A masked man, armed with a hurley bat, threatened and demanded money from a female staff member. He made off with a sum of cash.

County Armagh pensioner robbed by gang
Police have appealed for information after a pensioner was robbed by a gang in her home in County Armagh. A spokesperson for the PSNI said that a gang of up to six men broke into the home of a woman aged in her early 80s, by forcing their way through a front window of her home in the Bessbrook area at around 7pm yesterday evening.

Woman Injured In Armed Robbery
Armed thieves made off with a sum of cash following a robbery in west Belfast last night. Three men approached staff while they were locking up a bookmakers sometime before 9.50pm. The males forced the staff inside and proceeded to take an undisclosed sum of cash. Police said the men had firearms in their possession.
