Families Forced From Homes In Suspected Arson Attack
Four families have been forced out of their homes in a suspected arson attack in Newcastle, Co Down.
It is understood a wheelie bin was set on fire and pushed against oil tanks in Bracken Avenue in the early hours of Sunday morning, 30 October.
Emergency services attended the scene and put out the blaze, which is being treated as deliberate.
Significant damage was caused to four properties and no-one was injured.
Police have launched an investigation.

Appeal For Information On Suspected Arson Attack
The PSNI in Newtownards have issued an appeal for information following a suspected arson attack at a workshop in the town. Eleven vehicles were extensively damaged in a fire at the workshop on the Glenburn Road area, which was reported to emergency service at around 21:45 on Wednesday 01 March.

Police are investigating a suspected arson attack which destroyed one house and damaged another in Newtownabbey over the weekend. The blaze in the Birchmount area was reported to police at around 2pm on Saturday 13 April.
