Mark Ponisi Murder: Two People Charged
Two people have been charged in connection with the murder of a man in east Belfast.
The body of Mark Ponisi was discovered in a property in the London road area at around 10am on Saturday, 20 January.
A 25-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman are to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 23 January.
Police are also appealing to speak to a taxi driver who may have vital information.
Detective Chief Inspector Peter Montgomery said: "We believe this taxi driver may have information that could prove vital to our investigation and would appeal directly to him to contact the investigation team at Musgrave Street by calling 101 and asking for extension 17712."

Money Stolen In South Belfast Burglary
Police are appealing for information after a sum of money was stolen during a burglary in south Belfast. The incident was first reported at 10.30am on Saturday 04 January. It's believed entry was gained to the property in Inishowen Drive at sometime between 3pm on Thursday 02 January and when the burglary was reported.

The PSNI's Major Investigation Team have launched a murder investigation into the disappearance of 47-year-old Damien Heagney from Cookstown. Mr Heagney was reported missing on Tuesday 19 July and police have said that they are "keeping an open mind" they now believe that he has been murdered.

Man Dies After Bus Fall In Belfast
Detectives are investigating the death of an 80-year-old man who fell from a bus in Belfast. Police have said that they believe the man was travelling on a 2J Translink Metro bus service at around 11:15am on Friday, 08 November, when he suffered a fall as the bus travelled along Royal Avenue, near it's junction with North Street.
