Belfast Businesses Affected By City Centre Flooding
A number of businesses in Belfast city centre have suffered flooding as a result of sustained heavy rainfall overnight.
According to reports, Berry Street in the city centre has flooded, with a local hair salon becoming flooded.
A Yellow Warning for rain and thunderstorms was issued by the Met Office on Thursday, and remains in place until midnight on Friday.
A new weather warning has been issued for Saturday, with more heavy rainfall and storms expected.
Drivers have also been warned of treacherous driving conditions due to surface water and flooding.

Heavy persistent rain has been forecast for Northern Ireland this weekend. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain from 6pm on Friday 30 August until 9am on Saturday. Counties Antrim, Fermanagh, Tyrone and L'Derry are set to be the worst affected, with flooding of a few homes and businesses likely.
