Ulster Bank To Close Nine Branches In NI
Ulster Bank is set to close nine branches across Northern Ireland as more customers move to online and mobile banking.
The branches, which will start to close in September through to mid-October, are in Holywood, Warrenpoint, Dunmurry, Antrim, Ballymoney, Larne, Comber, Maghera and Clogher.
Ulster Bank has said that "most of its customers are shifting to mobile and online banking, with about half of their customers banking entirely digitally".
The closures are part of an ongoing programme of closures across Ireland by Ulster Bank's parent company, Natwest.
Danske Bank, AIB And Bank of Ireland have all closed a significant number of branches across NI.

Ulster Bank Payments Delayed Further
A bank that has been plagued with technical difficulties over the past few days has said its payments system will not be fully up and running until Monday. Although Ulster Bank said the days-long backlog would be resolved today, many customers are still unable to access recent payments.

Ulster Bank To Close 11 NI Branches
Ulster Bank has confirmed it plans to close 11 branches next year in Northern Ireland. The bank confirmed it will be seeking 40 voluntary redundancies as a result of the closures. The branches to close are: Ballyclare, Dromore, Moira, Draperstown, Dungiven, Portrush, Killyleagh, Rathfriland, Castlederg, Irvinestown and Stewartstown.

Ulster Bank Seeks 60 Redundancies
Finance union IBOA has expressed concerns after the Ulster Bank told staff it is seeking up to 60 redundancies from its branches in Northern Ireland. The bank also said it is to stop Saturday opening hours at 11 of its branches from 07 May.
