Lewis Capaldi To Headline Belfast Vital

Belfast Vital has announced their second headliner for this summer's outdoor gigs at Boucher Road Playing Fields.

Scottish singer-songwriter, Lewis Capaldi, will headline the event, 'his biggest ever Belfast show, on Sunday 3rd September, 2023.

Capaldi joins the Killers in Belfast this summer, as they play their own Belfast Vital headline show on Friday 1st September.

Tickets for Lewis Capaldi at Belfast Vital go on sale to the public on Friday, 20 January at 9am from ticketmaster.ie and the Three customer 48hr pre-sale starts at 9am on Wednesday, 18 January.

Heavy Snow Closes Over 80 Schools
Over 80 schools across Northern Ireland have been closed as the heavy snow continues to cause disruption on Tuesday morning. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning, as the snow is continuing to affect many roads. Areas which have been majorly disrupted include Lisburn, Castlereagh and Carryduff.

Mark Ponisi Murder: Two People Charged
Two people have been charged in connection with the murder of a man in east Belfast. The body of Mark Ponisi was discovered in a property in the London road area at around 10am on Saturday, 20 January. A 25-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman are to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 23 January.
