Quad Bike Seized In Ballymagroarty For Footpath Driving
A quad bike has been seized by the Foyleside and The Moor Neighbourhood Policing Team in Derry/Londonderry yesterday (Wednesday, 23rd April) after it was observed being driven on footpaths in the Ballymagroarty area.
Police have issued a warning about the misuse of these vehicles, stating, "These machines are not a toy. They are powerful machines and the rules are clear in relation to their use. What may seem like fun, can have life-changing or deadly consequences."
They are urging the public to report any instances of quad bikes being driven inappropriately. "If you see this happening please report is to us on 101, or submit a report via www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/ or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."

The PSNI are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a young boy in a quad bike incident in Killeavy on Thursday, 02 January. Police received a report of a 13-year-old boy being injured following an incident involving a quad bike on the Low Road. The boy was taken to hospital where he tragically passed away.

Man Killed In Quad Bike Accident
A man has died in a quad bike accident in Co Tyrone. The man, believed to be in his 40s, was killed at the scene in the Plumbridge area just before 5pm on Thursday, 02 November. Rapid response paramedics and an air ambulance attended the scene. Sinn Féin MLA Declan McAleer said the community is in "shock".

Teenager injured in road traffic accident
A teenager has been taken to hospital with head injuries following a road traffic collision in Co Armagh on Thursday afternoon. The boy was driving a quad bike along Charlestown Road in Portadown when it collided with a small van shortly after 1pm.

Appeal For Information On Quad Bike Thefts In Clogher
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following the overnight theft of four quad bikes and two trailers in the Clogher area. On Tuesday 11th June, police received a report that the items had been stolen from a residential property on the Tullybroom Road at around 1.45am.
