Man Dies In Hospital Following Fall From Moving Vehicle
The PSNI has confirmed that a man has died following a fall from a moving vehicle in the Markethill area.
Aaron Moffett, aged 38 and from Portadown, passed away in hospital on Friday, 1st August, after sustaining serious injuries in the incident. Roads Policing Inspector Cherith Adair, from the Collision Investigation Unit, stated that officers responded to a report of a man with serious injuries on Coolmillish Road just after 4.30pm on Saturday, 12th July. He was subsequently taken to hospital by the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and police are appealing to anyone with phone or dashcam footage, or any information that might assist, to get in touch.
The number to call is 101, quoting reference number 1461 of 12/07/25.

Man Attacked In Co L'Derry
A man, aged in his 40s, has been seriously injured following an attack in Co L'Derry. The assault happened on the Garvagh Road in Dungiven in the early hours of Sunday, 12 November. The man sustained severe head injuries and is being treated in hospital. A 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grevious bodily harm.

Man Found With 'Serious Injuries' Dies In Hospital
A man found with serious injuries at his home in Newtownards has died in hospital. Police have named the man as 71-year-old John Trolan. He was discovered at his house in Mark Street area at approximately 10.30am on Thursday, 8 June. He was treated at the scene before being taken by ambulance to hospital. It is understood he died over the weekend.
