Two men sought for Woodvale Park rape
Police are seeking two men in connection with a sexual assault in north Belfast on Monday evening.
The incident happened shortly before 6pm in the Woodvale Park area of the city, when the victim, who is understood to be in her late teens, was attacked by two men. After a passer-by intervened the two men ran off.
The woman suffered cuts and bruises to her body during the attack.
Police have released descriptions of the two men being sought: One assailant is described as between 5ft 7 and 5ft 9 in height and of slim build. He was aged in his late teens to early 20s with light coloured hair, and was wearing a grey or light coloured hooded top and dark blue jeans.
The other man is described as 5ft to 5ft 4 in height, of slim build and of a similar age. He was wearing a tracksuit or sweatshirt type top, which was multi-coloured, and tracksuit type bottoms. He had very distinctive dark coloured hair which he wore spiked in a mohican style with blonde tips.
Anyone with information on the attack or who saw these men in the Woodvale is asked to contact detectives at Antrim Road on 0845 600 8000 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Man Attacked And Robbed In L'Derry
A man has been attacked and robbed in Co L'Derry. The assault happened in the Rossville Street area in the early hours of Sunday morning, 24 July. Two men attacked the victim and stole a sum of cash from him. The man was not seriously injured, however police are appealing for information.

Police have launched an investigation after a woman was threatened by a man at gunpoint in County Antrim on Monday. The man, believed to be in his mid 20s, called at a house in Colinvale, Dunmurry, at approximately 6pm. He confronted the woman and pointed a gun at her. Police believe he made off in a gold coloured car.

Man Attacked In North Belfast
Three masked men, one armed with a hammer, attacked a 25-year-old man in north Belfast. The assault happened at a house on the Alliance Road just before 9.50pm on Monday, 24 April. The trio entered the property and threatened the male before attacking him. they made off in a silver coloured car in the direction of Deerpark Road.
