Man dies following stabbing incident
A man has died following a stabbing incident in Co Down this morning.
Police were called to the flat close to the centre of Bangor at around 3am after an alarm was raised. Inside they found the body of a man believed to be in his 60's who had been stabbed several times.
A second man was also found with multiple stab wounds. He was subsequently taken to hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
One man has been arrested in connection to the incident.
Police do not believe the attack was sectarian.
SDLP representative for North Down, Liam Rogan, described the death as "tragic" and urged local people to contact the PSNI if they have any information.

Two people have been killed in separate stabbing incidents in Northern Ireland over the weekend. Hugh McKibben, 51, of Main Street in Carrowdore died in a stabbing incident at a house on Inisharoan Court about midnight on Sunday May 5. Four people were arrested following his murder but three have since been released on police bail.

Man Released On Bail Over College Stabbing Incident
A man, 20, who was arrested in connection with a stabbing at a college in Belfast has been released on bail. Police said the man was released pending further enquiries. A 26-year-old is currently in hospital following the incident at Belfast Metropolitan College on Thursday. His condition is described as serious but stable.

Serious Road Crash In L'Derry
A serious road crash has occurred on the Chapel Road in L'Derry. A car and a motorbike where involved in the incident, according to the police. One man, believed to be a teenager, has been taken to hospital where his injuries are believed to be serious. The road has been closed at its junctions with Newlyn Terrace and Spencer Road.
