Man Arrested In Connection With Mugging 92-Year-Old
A man has been arrested in connection with the mugging of a 92-year-old man outside his home in Soho.
Police had issued an appeal for information after Stanley Evans was pushed to the ground in the communal entrance of Ingestre Court tower block and mugged.
Mr Evans, who had just £5 in his wallet, was left lying on the ground and took five minutes to get back to his feet.
Police investigating the robbery have arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of robbery.

Wanted Man Arrested In London
The man wanted in connection with the murder of a 66-year-old man who intervened during a robbery, has been arrested. Ian John McLoughlin, 55, was arrested in London at around 01:00. He was wanted on suspicion of murder and robbery. Airports and ports had been put on alert as police hinted for McLoughlin.

Police investigating the disappearance of a landlady in Cambridgeshire in 1997 are digging up the patio of her former pub. Deborah Steel, 37, was landlady of the Royal Standard in Ely, Cambridgeshire, when she disappeared on 28 December 1997. Police have said that Ms Steel's disappearance is now being treated as a murder investigation.

Seven Arrested On Suspicion Of Terrorist Fundraising
Seven people have been arrested on suspicion of terrorist financing offences, according to the Metropolitan Police. They were arrested at four separate addresses in London, Cardiff and Coventry at approximately 6am on suspicion of being concerned in the funding of a terrorist organisation, and laundering the proceeds of crime for that purpose.
