Jeweller Robbery Suspect Held
There has been another arrest in connection with the daring £40m robbery at a central London jewellers. Scotland Yard said on Friday that Clinton Mogg, 42, from Bournemouth will appear on Saturday before magistrates in Wimbledon, southwest London. He will be charged with conspiring with others to rob Graff jewellers in New Bond Street, Mayfair. Two other men facing the same charges appeared at Wimbledon magistrates court earlier on Friday. Solomun Beyene, 24, of St John's Wood, north London, and Craig Calderwood, 26, of no fixed address have also been charged with possessing a handgun. They were remanded in custody. National Party List Charges Made
It emerged today that two people have been charged with breaching the Data Protection Act after a British National Party membership list was leaked on the internet. Dyfed-Powys Police said they were arrested in Brinsley, Nottinghamshire, as part of a joint investigation with the Information Commissioner's Office. They will appear before magistrates in Nottingham on 1 September. The names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of some 10,000 BNP supporters were leaked in November. Diabetes Drug Increases Risk Of Heart Failure
A drug, Rosiglitazone, popularly used to treat the very common type 2 diabetes, is associated with an increased risk of heart failure and death among older patients compared to a similar drug (pioglitazone), concludes a study published on the British Medical Journal's website, bmj.com. As such, the researchers say it is difficult to advocate continued use of rosiglitazone for most patients. Rosiglitazone and pioglitazone belong to a class of drugs called thiazolidinediones and are widely used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

Further Six Arrested In No Deal Operation In Birmingham
A further six people have been arrested as part of an ongoing operation targeting suspected drug dealers in Birmingham. Police carried out a series of dawn raids on Thursday 24 September, arresting a 17-year-old man, two 19-year-olds and three men aged 21, 26 and 47.

54 arrested in swoop on suspected drug dealers
Sellers of the Big Issue were among 54 people arrested by Merseyside Police today in a crackdown on drug dealing in Liverpool city centre. Operation Manton targeted suspected drug dealers and drug users and 50 men and four women were arrested following a 15-month long investigation by Merseyside Police into drug dealing on the city's streets.

23 Charged With Drug Offences Following Raids
More than 20 people have been charged with drug offences following a number of raids carried out in London, Gravesend, Dover and Deal. A total of 23 people were arrested during twenty raids carried out over three days. The suspects, ranging in age from 17 to 52, have all been charged in connection with the supply of class A drugs.

Mobile Customers To Share £1m Refund
Mobile provide EE is to refund around £1m to a number of customers wrongly charged VAT between October 2012 and October 2014. It is understood that EE customers who travelled outside the EU during those dates and used internet data were affected by the charges. The company estimated it as being about 0.5% of its customers.
