Maintenance Company Jobs In Crisis
Jobs are under threat at a maintenance company in Londonderry.
Up to 45 employees at McGurk and Moore could lose their jobs after the firm missed out on a contract with North and West Housing Association.
A senior manager with the company said they have written to the preferred bidder to try and keep the jobs open.
McGurk and Moore have been providing a full range of services including building, electrical, mechanical, painting, cleaning, ventilation, heating, air conditioning and security since 1975.
The company was co-founded by Colm McGurk and Pearse Moore in Co Londonderry and provides a complete range of services to the domestic, commercial and retail market.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a serious attack in Belfast. The 42-year-old injured man was found with a head injury on the Upper Newtownards Road at around 4am on Sunday, 16 May. A 34-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
