Arson Attack In Bushmills Being Treated As A Sectarian Hate Crime
An arson attack at a flat in Bushmills, Co Antrim, is being treated as a "sectarian motivated hate crime", according to the police.
A wheelie bin was pushed against the front door of the property in Silverstream Court and set on fire just after 7am on Monday, 29 November.
A woman was treated for smoke inhalation.
A man who was also in the flat did not require hospital treatment.
The blaze damaged the front door and entrance hall.

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a serious arson attack in the Clon Dara area of L'Derry on Saturday, 23 November. Shortly before 8.20pm, police received a report that an accelerant had been used to ignite the front door and letterbox of a house in the area.

Detectives have renewed an appeal for information following a deliberate arson attack at a vacant property in the Weaver's Grange area of Newtownards. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, 17 November, 2023. Police and firefighters were called to the scene at around 12:40am.

Arson Attack On 5G Mast In West Belfast
Detectives in Belfast are investigating a suspected arson attack on a 5G mast in the Andersonstown Road area. The incident occurred around 9.55pm on Wednesday, November 13th. Detective Sergeant Faulkner confirmed that officers attended the scene alongside the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, who successfully extinguished the blaze.

Man rescued from burning flat
A man has been rescued from a burning flat in Co Londonderry in the early hours of this morning. He was pulled from the blaze after being found unconscious by two police officers who forced their way into the property at Loughanhill Park. The man was taken to hospital for treatment and a female officer was also treated for smoke inhalation.

Arson Attack On Mural Being Treated As 'Hate Crime'
Police are treating an arson attack on a mural in north Belfast as a hate crime. The John Henry Patterson mural on Northumberland Street was damaged after two containers of accelerant were set alight. The incident happened at around 1.30am on Thursday, 09 June.
