Appeal For Witnesses To Belfast City Centre Assault
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following an assault in Belfast city centre.
Police have reported, that on Saturday, 18th May, a man aged in his 20s had been walking from Bedford Street onto Howard Street some time between 10.45pm and 10.50pm. It was reported that he was approached by two men and, following some brief conversation, they began to assault him. The injured party recalls being struck several times, possibly to his head, and he fell to the ground.
The man sustained injuries to his head and nothing was stolen from him during the attack.
Officers are investigating and would ask anyone with any information, dashcam footage or who may be able to help with police enquiries, to call them on 101 quoting 2109 18/05/24.

Appeal For Information On 'Vicious And Nasty' Assault In L'Derry
The PSNI in L'Derry have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a woman was assaulted when she attempted to break up a fight. Police have reported that at around 6.15pm on Wednesday 03 May the woman had tried to break up a fight between two men on Foyle Street in the city when she was kicked by one of the men.

Police issue appeal following knife attack
Police have appealed for information about a serious assault in Londonderry, which resulted in a man receiving 16 stitches to his throat. The 32-year-old man was walking along Westland Street when two men confronted him around 2.30 on Thursday June 13. One pushed him and the other grabbed him from behind and put a knife against his throat.
